At Follow the Drip, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

⏱ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery estimates are shown checkout, but please be aware this is only an estimate.

Return & Refund Policy

At Follow the Drip, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 Eligibility: Items can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

      Condition: To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached.

                                                            Process:

                        Contact us at followthedripanointed@gmail.com, with your order number and reason for return.

              Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.

             Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

            Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
